Working together for a competitive Europe

18 months.

One challenge: to catalyze the strategic fundraising capacity and impact of 12 young Romanian NGOs

WHY SHOULD YOU
apPLY?

We know fundraising is complicated. You need systems, the right tools, good habits, feedback from experienced people, solid presentations and a good dose of patience.
Vision and acting go hand in hand. Plus, the costs of your participation in this programme will be fully covered by us

Here’s how we’ll catalyze your fundraising capacity:

“GROWTH CAMPS”

We’ll organize 2 complex learning events to discuss your vision, your projects, and other important topics, such as the funding outlook Romania and abroad, communication, the role of a board, the importance of fundraising plan and about the skills of a good fundraiser.

You’ll spend 3 days in the company of our team and our Norwegian project partner, our expert guests and the other 12 NGOs of the selected cohort, surrounded by silence, outside the city, in a quiet landscape.

Direct support

Your plans won’t remain in the Cloud. We’ll stay by your side, supporting you in your journey of finding and accessing funding.

For 18 months, we’ll provide you with feedback, guidance, solutions, tools, and various templates.

We will build an agile fundraising system for you and we’ll track the results together.

Mentorship

To make sure you stand high chances of achieving your goals, we’ll meet with you every month. We are passionate about working with young NGOs.

If you face various obstacles, throughout your fundraising journey, our network of mentors will help you overcome those in sessions of 1, 3, 6 or 9 meetings, depending on the complexity of the problem you are facing.
